Every day of eating is different!

Here are some visuals for people who have asked

I usually would have eaten all of this before as it was in front of me and I mindlessly ate.
I would have gone home feeling gross and uncomfortable and most likely in pain from digestive issues only to continue to do it the next time I ate. 
Now that I listen to my body and stop when Im no longer hungry (most of the time), its amazing to see whats left for another meal when I get hungry again!
It's still crazy how much I dieted and worked my butt off and never got to eat these things and NEVER got close to the results I have gotten.
Its so important to take each bite at a time and listen to how you feel after each bite.
Its hard to do for sure. I love eating and I love food. But the benefits of listening to your body are so much better then eating the rest of whatever is in front of you.

I drank half the Chocolate Shake first as I rated my food and wouldn't have been mentally satisfied had I reached level of physical satisfaction if I hadn't had some of my chocolate shake which I most likely would have had some anyways leading to overeating and then feeling guilt.
I then ate most of the 6inch sub and had some more shake and was done.
I was hungry about 6 hours later.

It was a lot of food and I ate quite a bit that day until I reached satisfaction.
