I love going through these progression pictures and seeing the amazing strength my body has that I didn't see before. Over the course of the 13 months that I released 100lbs (which I have easily maintained still with no diets or exercise) I took pictures when I hit certain numbers with the child that weighed that amount. It's insane that my body carried these extra pounds daily for years and instead of seeing how strong my body was, all I did was complain! When you hold up that weight for even minutes its amazing to think that was just there, spread out over my body causing strain on my hips, knees, etc. If you are holding onto excess weight, especially at large amounts, change your view of your body. Start looking at how amazing your body is for carrying that every single day. Tell your body how strong you are and believe it!
