One year ago today, I posted my new website, my group and about what I do. I was terrified. So scared of people finding out about what I did and about my gifts and talents, all because I was fearful of judgement. I am so glad I shared as this past year has been AMAZING being apart of and watching lives transform!!! Not only people releasing weight on every level but people becoming more confident, new and old relationships thriving and seeing more healing as they release guilt and shame.

and my kids for always believing in me and being so excited along with me with my out of the box ideas. And so thankful to all of my wonderful clients and followers who continue to believe in me.
