Holiday food

 I used to be TERRIFIED of the holidays because of the food. I felt like I had absolutely no power over food-especially candy, or myself when I was around it. I would hide the kids candy buckets, bags and stockings from myself. It was horrible!

Working through food trauma and taking back my power by trusting my body and loving myself was and is so important. Now I am empowered and can be around candy with no need to scarf it down from a scarcity mindset, or run in panic. It is so freeing to know I can just choose to eat it or not, no guilt or shame and it is always there when I choose!
What is your favorite candy?
Mine: Almond Joy and Reece's!
