A lady messaged me a few weeks ago to tell me that she was a makeup artist and that my eyebrows were harsh and that she felt so bad for me and was trying to "help" because supposedly another woman sent her my picture and was making fun of me to her. That she wanted to let me know that it would help my business if I went to a professional.
First off, if you don't like someone's makeup or the way they do their hair or the way they dress or whatever, keep it to yourself.
DON'T be rude like this lady was
This is NOT professional!
But it also made me laugh because my eyebrows and eyelashes are translucent and I am a cosmetologist
and also guess what???
drum roll please....

My business is successful on the days I draw them on or not. Because people don't hire me to transform their bodies and lives because of my eyebrows lol
Somedays I draw my eyebrows on better than other days, but I for sure am past the point in my life of doing my makeup for the sake of others and what they think looks good.
So, today after putting mascara on my translucent eyelashes, I took some progression photos and posted on IG/FB stories about it. They aren't perfect, nothing ever is and that is okay.
Show up and be YOU!
Even if it comes with peoples "helpful" rude comments.
You are safe to be you, being seen as you!
