For years I blamed everyone and anything for my issues.
I looked for others and things to make me feel good about myself, to feel valued and accomplished.
I blamed food for making me gain weight.
I blamed the scale for making me feel miserable.
I blamed my body for miscarriages and weight gain.
I blamed my body for what others said and did to me.
I blamed others for feeling crappy after their abusive words.
I blamed debt and bankruptcy for making me feel like a failure.
I blamed money for stress.
The list goes on for a very long time over so many different topics, but it was all toxic and dysfunctional
Be honest with yourself today......
*Who and what are you blaming for not having your desires?
You can stop the viscous cycle
I know it because I did it
One day I decided to heal
I decided to stop blaming other things and people
I decided to liberate myself and empower myself instead
I decided to no longer be codependent on things and people
In doing that, I released so much heaviness from my mind and and in turn, my body
You can heal
You are enough now
You always were
You don't have to wait for a certain number on the scale, in your account or people to approve of you.
You can do that for you and approve of yourself, because YOU are worth it!
You always have been worth it
