Not everyone is ready for the things I have done and teach and some will say they are never ready.
But I wasn't ready either, I made a choice one day to be ready and I continue to make that choice,
the choice to move forward with fear and uncertainty.
The choice that it would work for me even though there was no proof.
I HAD NO PROOF OF ANYONE WHO HAD RELEASED 100+lbs AFTER 5 KIDS, WHILE BEING A CAREGIVER FOR THEIR HUSBAND, WITH HEALING OWN TRAUMA FROM ABUSE, CONSTANT STRESS, BANKRUPTCY, etc
NO PROOF- ZERO!!!!
BUT......
YOU have the proof if you are here in my world!
Proof I would have LOVED to have when my mind was telling me I couldn't do it because of conditioning and beliefs I had been taught.
I am your proof! And I know without any doubt, If I can do it,
YOU CAN DO IT!
You can choose to be ready now or you can choose to wait.
It is up to you when you choose to start but for the love of everything, yourself and your sweet body, stop blaming outside circumstances/beliefs and past trauma and take back your fucking power!
