Boundaries

 Daily I get messages upon messages of people saying they want my help but can't afford it with all the reasons why they can't. (This happened also when I was only charging $20 - $40/session)

Because I genuinely care and trust they are being honest, for along time I gave so much away to help. 

Sadly I got lied to, used and taken advantage of big time but the biggest thing was because I lacked very important boundaries, I ended up drained and exhausted and that was not good or fair for me, my health or my husband and children.

  Some people totally expect me to coach and do healings for free still and will email me their list of excuses and have gotten upset when I have said no because they haven't liked that I have started to respect my boundaries after they used me for so long.

This is disgusting and it is honestly abusive to feel so entitled that someone should just do everything for you without any exchange whatsoever!

If you can't go into Target or Home Depot and do that, don't try it with someone's personal business.

It is so disrespectful! 

Also, if you see something you want you can decide to buy it or not at the price the store chose,
You don't go find the manager, then call the owner and complain. 
Well maybe some people do, I have worked in customer service at different jobs before and some people shock me with what they feel they should just get. 

You are safe to have boundaries in your life and business

You are safe to say no
If it ticks someone off, it says more about them then anything even if they try to gaslight you to continue to use you for their benefit 

and if you do know anything about my life, and what I have been through, its even more messed up to expect me to do things for free. just yuck.
